Additionally, visitors must have a return or onward ticket and proof of sufficient funds for their stay.

Visa Requirements for Travel to the Cook Islands:

If you are a citizen of any country, you do not need a visa to travel to the Cook Islands for a stay of up to 31 days. However, if you plan to stay longer, you will need to apply for a visa extension through the Cook Islands Immigration Office.

Visa Fees for Entry into the Cook Islands:

There is no visa fee for visitors who plan to stay up to 31 days in the Cook Islands. However, if you plan to stay longer than 31 days, you will need to pay a visa extension fee. The current visa extension fee is NZD 100 per month of extension. 

Duration of Stay Allowed in the Cook Islands:

Visitors can stay in the Cook Islands for up to 31 days without a visa. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to apply for a visa extension through the Cook Islands Immigration Office. The visa extension is valid for up to 5 months.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the Cook Islands. It is recommended to have at least one blank page in your passport for entry stamps.
