In 2018, the Liberian government announced plans to launch an electronic visa for travelers to Liberia, with the aim of implementing it in 2019. However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the Liberia online visa has not been launched yet. 

This means that travelers who wish to obtain a visa for Liberia can currently only do so by applying in person at a Liberian embassy or consulate or upon arrival at the airport in Liberia, as described earlier.
