Additional Document Requirements for Ukraine Business Visa

If you are applying for a Ukraine Business Visa, you need the following additional documents:

Letter of invitation from the company/organization you are going to meet in Ukraine. The letter must be written on the official letterhead of the company and contain the company’s Unified State Registry number as well as details about you and your trip
Letter from your employer or sponsor confirming they will cover your expenses (if applicable)

1- Photo Specification

1- The Ukraine e-Visa is a single entry visa and has a validity of 30 consecutive days upon arrival.

2- You can stay in Ukraine for a maximum of 30 days.

3- Your passport should be valid for at least six months from your arrival date.

Requirements

Visa expired

Ukrainian visa for a single entry is valid for 30 days starting from your arrival. After this duration, your visa will expire and you would not be able to stay in the country. If your visa gets expired and you stay in the country anyway then you will have to pay a fine for whatever gets charged on you. You immediately need to apply for a visa extension as it gets expired.

Do I need a visa for Ukraine?

Here are different scenarios of whether you need to have a visa for Ukraine or not. For instance, you do not need to have a Ukraine visa for tourism if your trip is for about 90 days. But in this case, you have to provide proof of your health insurance and sufficient finances for your stay. Cost

Visa fees for different situations may vary. If you are applying for a regular/ordinary visa, you will have to pay 65 US dollars and your visa will be provided to you within 10 days in total. In case of emergency or urgency, you can have your visa within 5 days but your fee will be doubled. For an urgent visa, you will have to pay 130 US dollars. Children under 6 years of age would not be charged any visa fee.
