Hi, I got an invitation to attend the WSA Global Congress which is happening in Puebla, Mexico from 31 May to 4 June. For this purpose I require a VISA of Mexico.

I can see in this site there is a option to apply for the Tourist Card - By Land. Is this the electronic VISA which will let me to enter Mexico. Do I need to Visit Mexico Embassy in New Delhi, for the VISA. Please clearfy.
