In January 2017, Azerbaijan introduced electronic visas for citizens of designated countries under an e-Visa system called ASAN Visa. In 2017, ‘WanderLust’, a British travel magazine rated the ASAN Visa system as the easiest system to get a visa in the world. It allows visas to be issued for upto 30 days for a single-entry visit. The passport should be valid at least 3 months more than the validity period of the electronic visa. The e-Visa is generally issued within 3 working days. As of May 2018, the Azerbaijan visa can be issued by over 95 countries. On 15 May 2018, Azerbaijan introduced Visa on Arrival for the citizens of Bahrain, China, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey and United Arab Emirates. 
Congratulation! Citizens of below nationalities can avail of evisa online or visa on arrival to travel for certain propose:
1- A recent digital photograph of the applicant.
2- Scanned color copies of your passport with minimum validity of up to 6 months.

1- You can apply for Azerbaijan visa if the purpose of your travel are Tourism or personal trip, business trip, medical treatment, sports, culture, humanitarian or education.
2- Azerbaijan visa allows a single entry for a maximum stay of 30 days.
3- Your e-visa should be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
4- The validity of your passport should be at least 3 months after your date of expiry of the electronic visa issued.
5- You do not need a visa if you are going to stay in the international transit area.
6- Visitors with dual nationality should provide their nationality as per their Passport used for the journey.
