Urugay Transit Visa for student flying to Mexico

I am Dorcas Mwika Ntedika, I was accepted into the Intensive Spanish Program in Mexico and my starting date will be on March 4th, 2024. I should arrive in Mexico before the starting date as written on my admission letter, unfortunately I am blocked because of not having a flight flying from Kinshasa to mexico. The only flight was with Turkish Airline unfortunately they are fully booked for March and the oly alternative that I have is getting a flight from Kinshasa to Montevideo, then get Aeromexico from Montevideo to Cancun,Mexico. I need information in order to apply for a transit visa.
I have attached all the proof of my mexico visa, admission letter and other documents proving my intention.
