  • Unvaccinated Travellers: Unvaccinated travellers arriving from India must present a negative COVID-19 test result conducted within 48 hours before their departure to the UAE.
  • Recovered Travellers: Travellers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements. Instead, they can present a certificate of recovery issued within 30 days prior to their arrival in the UAE.
  • Fully Vaccinated Travellers: Fully vaccinated travellers with valid vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test. However, their vaccination certificate must be approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and must contain a QR code. Vaccinated travellers must have received vaccines approved by the WHO.

Upon arrival, all passengers, including those from India, will undergo health examinations, including temperature checks and visual screening. However, travellers arriving from India are not required to quarantine for entry into the United Arab Emirates.

What is the best time to travel to the UAE?

The United Arab Emirates experiences extremely hot temperatures, reaching up to 48 degrees Celsius. As a result, many tourists consider this factor when planning their visit.

The UAE has an arid subtropical climate, characterised by hot and very humid conditions along the coastal areas and dry and very hot conditions in the interior. The hottest temperatures occur between May and October, while the winter months see milder temperatures, with January and March being the coldest.
