International Flights On January 20 Here Are Flights Operated By Air India Under Vande Bharat Mission

Because of the global pandemic of COVID-19, airlines of all countries of the world all over the world had suspended for a certain duration, and so inhabitants of India who were on foreign lands before pandemic citizens of many countries who were currently visiting foreign lands had to dwell wherever they were.

To bring them back home by means of international repatriation, the ‘Vande Bharat Mission’ was initiated by the Central Government of India on 6th May of 2020.

From the reference of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, until January 15 Air India Group managed 14,114 repatriation flights under this very Mission. These flights were able to carry passengers exceeding the number of 18.25 lakh. 7,052 flights came to the homeland with 11.42 lakh passengers where 7,062 flew to foreign lands with 7.53 lakh passengers.  

Among the phases of the ‘Vande Bharat Mission’ currently Phase-9 is in continuation and will be resuming until 1st February 2021.
